This Legal Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") governs your use of the Thorn Prime protective shielding platform and binary compilation services (the "Service") operated by the Thorn Prime team ("we", "us", or "our").
BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS DISCLAIMER.
1. Nature of the Service
The Service provides automated mathematical protection, architectural shielding, and binary compilation functionalities. It operates strictly as an automated processing tool that receives code, applies mathematical transformations (including WebAssembly, JavaScript), and returns protected assets without human intervention.
2. No Code Analysis or Review
WE DO NOT AND CANNOT: Analyze software intent, determine if code is malicious or illegal, identify violations of third-party rights, assess intellectual property infringement, review compliance with NDAs, or evaluate political/security implications. The Service operates purely as an automated cryptographic transformation engine.
3. Zero-Exfiltration Architecture & Local Processing
Due to the self-defending architecture of Thorn Prime, our protection engine executes directly on your local infrastructure. Your source code, WebAssembly modules, and proprietary algorithms are never uploaded to, processed by, or stored on our servers. Consequently, we possess no technical capability to inspect, store, recover, or disclose your intellectual property under any circumstances.
4. No Knowledge of Software Content
We explicitly disclaim any knowledge of the purpose, origin, or legitimacy of submitted code. We do not know if software is original, licensed, stolen, or contains malicious payloads.
5. User Sole Responsibility
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR: All assets submitted, ensuring you possess all necessary legal rights/permissions, compliance with domestic/international law, and any downstream consequences arising from the deployment of shielded binaries.
6. No Liability for Software Misuse
We expressly disclaim liability for: Malware and malicious payloads, breaches of confidentiality/NDAs, intellectual property infringement, unlawful deployment of binaries, or any third-party legal claims arising from your use of the Service.
7. Automated Processing Only
The Service operates through fully automated, machine-driven processes. No human reviews, reads, or audits submitted software. We possess no technical capability to distinguish between legitimate security and unauthorized code concealment.
8. No Warranties Regarding Legal Compliance
We make NO WARRANTIES that your use of the Service complies with technology export laws, cryptography regulations, or that the Service is certified for any specific regulated industry.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Thorn Prime team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, assets submitted, or violation of this Disclaimer.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or corporate goodwill. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the specific processing session in question.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of Costa Rica.
12. Trademarks
"JavaScript" is a registered trademark of Oracle Corporation. "WebAssembly" is a trademark of the W3C. References to these engines within the Service are used solely to describe technical compatibility and do not imply affiliation or sponsorship.

By utilizing the Thorn Prime Service, you explicitly acknowledge that you understand the fully automated, local execution nature of the mathematical shielding engine, accept complete liability for the assets you process, and agree that we retain zero responsibility for the context or consequences of your software deployments.
