Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Thorn Prime defensive platform and binary compilation service (collectively, the "Service") operated by the Thorn Prime team ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Mathematical Shielding & Compilation Notice

Thorn Prime utilizes an advanced, VM-less mathematical shielding and low-level compilation model (including WebAssembly). Please be aware that:

  • Advanced binary shielding and architectural transformation may not work natively with all raw code structures or across all edge-case execution environments.
  • You may encounter unexpected behavior, structural bugs, or optimization errors in highly unique runtime contexts.
  • Protective features, compilation algorithms, and shielding parameters may be systematically updated or modified as we continue to adapt against modern threat models.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Shielded code or compiled binaries may not function exactly as expected in all isolated target environments.
  • You are solely and entirely responsible for thoroughly testing all shielded assets and binaries in staging environments before deploying them to live production.
  • We are not liable for any damages, economic losses, or technical issues arising from the deployment of shielded assets, including but not limited to application failures, down-time, data delivery loss, or business interruption.
  • You must maintain separate secure backups of your original, unshielded source code and algorithmic architecture at all times.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service:

  • To shield, protect, compile, or process any software assets that are malicious, harmful, or explicitly designed to damage, disable, or impair any computer system, network, or third-party data.
  • To conceal or protect malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other malicious payloads against signature detection.
  • To lock down or safeguard software components engineered for unauthorized network intrusion, exploitation, or credential theft.
  • To deliberately circumvent the native licensing or security parameters of other software products or systems.
  • To violate any applicable international laws, state regulations, or third-party intellectual property rights.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Use of the API

Permitted Use: You may leverage the Service and its automated programmatic interfaces (APIs) for personal engineering projects, internal corporate development, pipeline automation, and workflows where you remain the authorized controller of the assets.

Prohibited Use: You are explicitly prohibited from building commercial wrapper SaaS platforms using our infrastructure backend, white-labeling the core shielding engine, or redistributing shielding capacities as an unauthenticated multi-tenant security tool.

Enforcement Matrix: We reserve the absolute right to throttle, rate-limit, or permanently blacklist any IP addresses, API tokens, or corporate accounts acting in violation of these parameters without prior notice.

3. User Responsibility

You retain sole, undivided responsibility for the software architecture files you submit to the Service stream, verifying underlying legal clearance to protect the components, ensuring total domestic or international statutory compliance, and any logical consequences following output binary execution.

4. No Warranty for Absolute Code Protection

The Service is structurally designed to significantly complicate static analysis, reverse engineering, and AI decompilation. However, we make NO WARRANTY that transformed binary components are completely impervious to expert manual reverse engineering, or that assets will behave identically across legacy or exotic browser environments.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

You retain all pre-existing legal titles and ownership over submitted assets. Thorn Prime asserts zero equity claims over compiled files.

"JavaScript" is a registered trademark of Oracle Corporation. "WebAssembly" is a trademark of the W3C."

6. Service Availability & Liability Restrictions

We reserve the right to modify, optimize, or suspend technical access parameters without notice. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Thorn Prime shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or punitive damages, including loss of corporate profits, operational data, configuration anomalies, or pipeline interruptions.

7. Account Suspension and Indemnification

You agree to fully defend and indemnify the Thorn Prime team from any losses, legal claims, or operational debts arising from platform structural misuse or copyright violations. We reserve the absolute right to suspend user dashboards instantly due to policy violations, fraudulent token deployment, or direct legal mandates.

8. Subscriptions, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Paid infrastructure configurations renew automatically unless settings are terminated via the user panel before the billing end date. Prorated refunds apply to standard operational closures except in cases of deliberate network exploitation or platform abuse.

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict of law metrics. All structural claims must be settled within the competent courts of Costa Rica.

9. Zero-Exfiltration Architecture & Operational Logging

To authenticate your license and prevent abuse, Thorn Prime logs basic operational metadata (e.g., license keys, request timestamps, and origin domains). However, because the Thorn Prime protection engine executes entirely on your local infrastructure, your source code, WebAssembly modules, and proprietary algorithms are never uploaded to, processed by, or stored on our servers. We structurally guarantee zero exfiltration of your intellectual property; therefore, no customer code is ever collected or logged by our infrastructure.
